ABOUT CHURCH LEADERSHIP

Are you gifted and talented to serve in the church? You are supposed to be given a chance only after getting yourself ready to subject yourself to the discipline and correction of God-appointed leaders. There is no democracy, autocracy or do as you wish in church. The church follows the Theocracy style of leadership - This is Govt. by God. Church ministers, leaders and members are only supposed to implement. Let it be known that theocracy's results should prove the best as compared to any other style of leadership - and it is. Where people are dissatisfied, it is because God was not obeyed a 100% either by those in positions of authority or those led.
